Support Student Success by Becoming a Mentor

Our mentorship programs allow professionals to give back by sharing their insights and expertise with College of Business students. Professional mentors can either commit to a year-long mentorship or choose to be matched with a student in need of a 60-minute, one-time mentoring session. As a mentor, you will help students strengthen their interpersonal skills, navigate the transition between their academic and professional careers and chart a path for future success.

Become a mentor and share your experience with the next generation of business leaders.

Host Internships and Fellowships

Nearly 70% of College of Business students take part in an internship during the course of their studies, providing them valuable opportunities to learn by doing and experience the nuances of an industry first-hand. The Career Management Center works with businesses to place students in internships that help them build their resumes and prepare them to enter the workforce.

Our Impact MBA program prepares students to make sustainability a part of the purpose and profitability of a business. You can support these students and accelerate your organization’s progress on sustainability goals by hosting a summer fellowship. During the fellowship, students help businesses meet changing sustainability requirements, prepare for future growth and meet new market demands.

Share Your Experience with College of Business Students

The College of Business takes pride in offering students practical, real-world experiences in the classroom — and your insights might inspire the next great idea in business. If you’re interested in being a guest speaker, working with a faculty member or supporting a research project, you can reach out to our academic departments to learn more.

The College’s clubs and organizations encourage students to explore the field of business outside of the classroom, build a network of colleagues and form lasting friendships. Throughout the year, these clubs host panels, presentations and lectures. We invite community members to reach out to these student organizations to see how they can support their missions and efforts.
