Go on, get out there! You can enrich your academic path and immerse yourself in new cultural experiences through education abroad opportunities.

Education abroad is a once-in-a-lifetime, life-changing opportunity with enormous benefits. The experience will set you apart from your peers as you gain skills in cross-cultural communication and experience international business first-hand – all critical in today’s global economy.

With the College of Business Global Opportunities (GO) program and the CSU Education Abroad Office, undergraduate and graduate students can travel the world. Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, the Caribbean, Oceania, and even at sea – where will you go?

You can take part in programs during the academic year, semester, summer, or winter break. These opportunities may be in the form of a study abroad program, language study, exchange, internship, research and independent study, or volunteer and service learning. Some programs focus on a particular field of study, while others have a broader curriculum. You may study in a foreign language or English, even in many non-English-speaking countries.

No matter the type of program or where you go, we encourage you to study abroad because of all the ways it helps you thrive.

The College of Business at CSU, in partnership with the Education Abroad Office, is offering two exciting education abroad opportunities tailored to first-year students. These First Year Abroad Programs not only enhance your college experience but also broaden your global perspective while pursuing a business degree.
