Whether on a management career path or owning a business, the Business Management Certificate teaches the essential business and analytical techniques to lead teams and drive success. 

The certificate provides a foundational overview of business functions, including accounting, marketing, finance, and management. The Business Management Graduate certificate is great for students who want to gain a competitive advantage, increase their value within an organization, and build their personal brand.  

For students taking advantage of the online delivery method, all courses for this certificate are delivered online through our innovative lecture capture. You’ll experience the same lecture from faculty as students taking our graduate-level courses on campus. 

The Business Management Certificate can be completed in two semesters if courses are taken concurrently, or three semesters if taken sequentially. 

Interested in earning your Master of Business Administration degree? At CSU’s College of Business, you can start with a certificate and finish with an MBA. The credits earned in this certificate can be applied toward the College’s Online MBA or Evening MBA programs, but please note that completion of this certificate does not guarantee admission into the MBA program.
