Money, markets, and real estate. The Department of Finance and Real Estate is connected to it all.

The degrees offered within the Department of Finance and Real Estate are some of the most popular at the College of Business – more students are enrolled in finance and real estate than any other undergraduate concentration within the college. No wonder, as finance and real estate are two of the largest industries in the world. How do you prepare someone to work in a profession that offers such wide career selections? By providing both academic and extracurricular opportunities that echo the variety of the industry. Our undergraduate and graduate students have many options to tailor their time at Colorado State University to best fit their career aspirations, whether it be within a traditional or an emerging field. They are guided by faculty who are committed to teaching and research and place particular importance on engaging, practical learning that prepares students for exciting and challenging finance and real estate careers.
