Network with real estate professionals and hear from local experts at the Everitt Real Estate Center’s annual Spring Address

Affordable Housing – A CSU Success Story in Creative Solutions to a NoCo Problem

Join the Everitt Real Estate Center and Urban Land Institute for a Spring Address focused on a hot topic nationwide: affordable housing. A discussion between key players behind the successful development of the Fort Collins Rendezvous Trail Apartments will share lessons learned and the creative solutions that made this project happen. This project, which didn't fit the mold of traditional development approaches, now stands as a testament to what can be achieved through determination and collaboration in addressing the pressing issue of affordable housing.

The event is free, but registration is required. On-campus parking is free after 4 pm, but it can occasionally be challenging to find a parking spot. We recommend arriving a minimum of 15 minutes early to find a spot and make your way to the College of Business.
