Ten days of action-packed skill-boosting fun await

Your program fee of $3,750 provides a fully supported 10-day university experience that combines academic learning, outdoor adventure, and campus life. 

 

Included in the cost:

  • All program fees  
  • 24-hour staff and on-site assistance 
  • Professional lectures, presentations, and academic materials created and delivered by College of Business faculty and staff 
  • Housing in Academic Village residence halls, including sheets, blanket, pillow, towels and laundry facilities 
  • Three meals daily for the full program 
  • Access to Colorado State University facilities, including the CSU Recreation Center and the Richardson Design Center
  • All scheduled day trips and excursions, including: 
  • White-water rafting adventure 
  • CSU Mountain Campus ropes course and zip line  
  • Choice of paddleboarding, hiking, or rock climbing  
  • Day trip to Denver 
  • Company tours with local and international businesses 

 

Scholarships

Limited scholarships are available. If you meet admission qualifications and need financial aid, please submit a scholarship form located on the Prepare To Apply page. 

The early scholarship deadline is Feb. 1. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis after this date.

 

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Refund schedule 

  • Before June 1: Refund of 100% of the program fee 
  • June 1 – June 10: Refund of 50% of the program fee 
  • June 11 onward: No refunds will be provided 

Cancellations after June 11 involve the forfeit of all program fees unless a medical condition necessitates the participant’s withdrawal from the program. The medical condition must be documented by a physician as one that prevents participation in the program. 

If a medical condition necessitates a participant’s withdrawal from the program between these dates, the program will refund the paid balance. The medical condition must be documented by a physician as one that prevents participation in the program. 

No refunds will be issued in the case of a participant’s dismissal from the program as a result of failure to comply with the expressly stated and published policy. The parent or guardian will be responsible for all expenses, including but not limited to travel arrangements associated with return airfare and change fees, hotels, and meals.
