Costs

Program tuition cost for all 10 days: $3,750

Included in the cost:

• All program fees
• Academic materials
• Day trips and excursions
• Dorm housing (includes sheets, blanket, pillow, and towels)
• Three meals daily
• Recreation access and fees
• University facilities 
• 24-hour staff and assistance

Scholarships

Limited scholarships are available. If you meet admission qualifications and need financial aid, please submit a scholarship form located in the applications. (see the Prepare to Apply section). Early scholarship deadline is Feb 1. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis after this date.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

If a medical condition necessitates a participant’s withdrawal from the program between certain dates, the program will refund the paid balance.  The medical condition must be documented by a physician as one that prevents participation in the program.

No refunds will be issued in the case of a participant's dismissal from the program as a result of the participant's failure to comply with the expressly stated and published policy. The parent/guardian will be responsible for all expenses, including but not limited to travel arrangements associated with return airfare and change fees, hotels, and meals.
