Online MBA and Online MCIS ranked No. 1 in Colorado by U.S. News & World Report

Dean Beth Walker

I am excited to share that U.S. News & World Report has once again ranked our Online MBA and Online MCIS programs as the No. 1 in Colorado! This year marks the Online MBA’s sixth consecutive year and the Online MCIS’s fifth consecutive year as the state’s top program.

Even more exciting, both programs climbed in overall rankings in a highly competitive market. The Online MBA is now ranked No. 32 among public institutions and No. 44 nationwide across all institutions, and our Online MCIS is No. 9 across publics institutions and No. 14 nationwide.

Both programs were also recognized for their commitment to serving the veterans community. The Online MCIS was ranked No. 6 for veterans across public institutions, and the Online MBA ranked No. 21 for veterans across public institutions.

These rankings affirm everything alumni like you have done to demonstrate the value of a CSU College of Business degree in your careers. Nearly every week, I receive stories about alumni who are making a tremendous difference for their organizations and in their communities. Our degree programs are so highly ranked in large part because of you and your remarkable accomplishments. Thank you for representing the College so well! If you have an impact story to share, please reach out to the College and let us know how you’re making a difference.

I wish you a wonderful 2023. Go Rams!

The College of Business is excited to announce the launch of a new mentorship program for master's students, which will complement the College's two existing mentorship programs, the COB Professional Mentoring Program for undergraduate students and the Flash Mentoring Program. If you're interested in leveraging your experience as a leader in the business community to inspire our graduate students, consider participating in the new program. Graduate mentors must have at least seven years of professional experience as well as two years in a leadership role.

To learn more about our mentoring program, you can connect with the Career Management Center.
