- Marketing Postdoctoral Fellow - Wenqian Ni
Wenqian is currently working with Dr. Jonathan Zhang and Dr. Chris Blocker to develop a way to measure firm’s purpose orientation through text analysis. They are interested in exploring how firm’s purpose orientation would impact firm performance and different stakeholders. As being purpose-oriented is aligned with where society is heading, they believe this research is especially timely and relevant.
Wenqian cites the people and the culture as the best parts of the Center For Marketing and Social Impact, noting the supportive environment and the focus on social welfare as motivating factors to working at the College of Business.
