Bob Weber recently retired as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Woodward, Inc. He was designated as vice chairman in October of 2011. He was elected as chief financial officer and treasurer on August 22, 2005. Weber was with Woodward for 16 years and focused on strategy, finance, operations and business development. Prior to Woodward, he spent 17 years with Motorola in a variety of strategic, financial and operational roles including a 3-year assignment as the Automotive Group General Manager based in Munich, Germany. Weber began his career with KPMG where he spent 11 years in the auditing group.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
