Bio

Nicole Staudinger is a Market President at FirstBank, Colorado’s second largest bank and one of the largest privately-held bank in the nation. As an industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience, Staudinger oversees the bank’s Northern Colorado Market, which includes seven branch locations, with 90 employees and over $1.4B in assets.

Prior to being named Market President in 2015, Staudinger was responsible for consumer and commercial lending, opening new branches in the Northern Colorado Market, and has done extensive work in all aspects of affordable housing lending. Staudinger has helped form and serve on FirstBank’s Affordable Lending Committee and has extensive experience with both debt and equity for projects utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

Staudinger is a highly active member of the community, currently serving as Treasurer for the CSU Green & Gold Foundation, as a board member of Community Foundations and on the Executive Committee and past President for the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce. She has previously served as the  Chairperson for Colorado State University’s College of Business Global Leadership Council, Chairperson for Fort Collins Housing Catalyst, Homeward 2020 and the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball committee. She has also been active on the board and in the classroom for Junior Achievement.

Nicole is a Colorado native.  She was born and raised on a cattle ranch in Sedgwick County. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Colorado State University. She also holds a certificate in advanced bank coursework from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking. Nicole currently resides outside of Fort Collins, where she and her husband, Ty, are parents to six children.  Three are active in youth athletics and 4-H living at home, while three are thriving in their adult lives.
