Nicole Staudinger is president of FirstBank’s northern Colorado market – comprised of eight branches in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and Windsor with more than $850 million in assets. Staudinger is a Colorado native, born and raised in Ovid, Colorado. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, magna cum laude, from Colorado State University. She also holds a certificate in advanced bank coursework from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking.
Staudinger started her career with FirstBank in 1999 and was promoted to president in 2015. Over the years, she has been responsible for opening new branches in the northern Colorado market and has done extensive work on the Affordable Housing Committee for FirstBank Holding Company. FirstBank is one of the largest locally owned banks in the country with over $17 billion in assets and 115 locations in Colorado, Arizona, and California. FirstBank is recognized as a top performer within the industry based on growth, profitability, safety, regulatory compliance, and overall management.
Staudinger is dedicated to serving her community via board positions and volunteer efforts with local nonprofits and industry groups. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Fort Collins Housing Authority, Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, and the northern Colorado chapter of Junior Achievement. Staudinger currently resides in Fort Collins, where she and her husband, Ty, are raising their four children.
