Jeffrey S. Finnin most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for CoreSite Realty Corporation, a publicly held REIT owning, operating and developing data centers, from January 2011 until May 2022, after the sale of the company. Before joining CoreSite, Mr. Finnin served as Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer of Prologis, a publicly held REIT, for approximately six years. In these roles Mr. Finnin was responsible for the financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, capital markets and investor relations activities. Prior to his tenure at Prologis, Mr. Finnin spent 18 years in public accounting, as a partner with KPMG and Arthur Andersen, where he served as the Industry Lead Partner in charge of Real Estate and Financial Services Practices in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Finnin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status).
Now in “Phase 3”, Mr. Finnin serves on the board of GLP Capital, a multi-national asset management company managing $125 billion of real estate and other assets such as industrial & logistics facilities, data centers, self-storage and sustainable energy assets. The company is based in Singapore. He also serves on the Advisory Board for a fund managed by Armstrong Capital Development, a private real estate developer based in Denver, Colorado and focused on retail, self-storage, and land development.
Mr. Finnin has served on boards with the not-for-profit sector and currently is working with The Butterfly Pavilion as they embark on and assess the possible expansion/relocation of its education, research and tropical biomes. This would enable them to better serve and address some of the major challenges facing the invertebrates and the environment in which they live.
