Cynthia joined Colorado State University in 2001 as an undergraduate student. After earning a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in International Studies, she completed a year of service in education with Americorps. This experience encouraged her to continue her education, so Cynthia returned to CSU to earn a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education. After graduation, Cynthia worked as an International Student Advisor for 6 years before moving into Academic Advising at the College of Business in 2015. Cynthia has served in the Early Career MBA and Online MBA programs and started working as the Academic Advisor for the Master of Computer Information Systems program in 2021.
