Beth Hunsicker Parker is an accomplished marketing executive and strategic consultant with over 20 years of experience driving profitable growth and business transformation in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), education, and technology sectors. As the Vice President of Marketing at Quinn Snacks, a leader in the natural snacks category, Beth is spearheading an organizational pivot from a sales-led to a consumer-centric organization, aligning the brand with evolving consumer preferences and retail dynamics.
In addition to her role at Quinn Snacks, Beth is the Founder and President of DotMap Marketing Partners, a boutique marketing strategy consultancy that helps brands connect the dots from brand to demand. Through her work at DotMap, she has delivered strategic guidance and growth frameworks for a diverse client base, elevating brand visibility and driving demand across multiple industries.
Beth brings a wealth of experience to her teaching at Colorado State University’s College of Business, where she serves as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing, teaching BUS 656: Marketing Strategy and Planning in the MBA program. Her course focuses on equipping future business leaders with practical marketing frameworks, data-driven decision-making skills, and an understanding of how to navigate complex, real-world business environments. Beth’s teaching is enriched by her hands-on experience leading marketing transformations at companies such as Otter Products, where she doubled the direct-to-consumer business and revitalized a mature brand, and Emeritus, where she built a cohesive brand strategy that fueled growth across corporate, B2C, and B2B business units.
Beth’s career began at Nestlé Purina PetCare, where she led a business turnaround for a large and small brand, developed global innovation pipelines and influenced critical investment decisions. Her expertise spans marketing strategy, brand building, consumer insights, innovation, product development, digital marketing, integrated communications, go-to-market strategies and business planning, consistently delivering results in complex, high-growth environments. Beth holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis (Olin School of Business), where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma, and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University. Actively engaged in her community, Beth serves on the Advisory Board for Arch Pet Food, a start-up pioneering alternative protein solutions for pet food. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement and serves on the Curriculum committee at Traut Elementary.
