Those three little letters pack a big punch.

Earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is key to achieving the advanced skills, network and confidence to lead in business and seek leadership and executive roles in a variety of business fields. While most MBA programs – including ours at Colorado State University's College of Business – focus on the broad nature of business administration, you can use electives to customize your program and gain specialized knowledge in specific areas such as finance, marketing, or business information systems.

The benefits of an MBA go beyond mastering new skills. Graduates see better marketability, more job security, a network of peers to connect with and tap into, and last but not least, salary increases. According to the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC), the projected median starting base salary for recent MBA graduates in the United States is $100,000 and more than half of companies plan to increase the starting salaries for MBAs in 2020. At CSU’s College of Business, more than 80 percent of graduates from the Online MBA program report at least a $10,000 raise because they earned their MBA.

You now have a choice of taking classes three ways, whether on-campus, on-demand or in real-time with Mosaic, our new video collaboration technology. Three convenient formats for you to earn your MBA part time or full time in 21 months: Evening MBA on campus, Online MBA - Mosaic or Online MBA. Pick the format that works best for your lifestyle, learning style and location.

Our Universal Classroom – featuring the latest digital technology and content delivery methods – welcomes bright minds from around the world to learn together in one inspirational space. We're proud the program remains ranked as the best online MBA in Colorado by U.S. News & World Report.

Our Online MBA with Mosaic is an entirely new way to learn in the world of online education. Video collaboration is the next evolution in remote or distance online learning. This full-time, remote MBA experience on Mosaic happens in lock step with our on campus classes. The schedule is two nights each week. Part of earning your MBA online with Mosaic is having the ability to use specialized learning tools to engage in class discussions, ask questions, participate in polls and network with your peers in real-time.

If earning your MBA in the evenings full time for two nights each week works with your schedule, CSU's College of Business gives you a choice of two formats: Evening MBA on campus and in real time Online MBA with Mosaic. The 21-month MBA program is AACSB Accredited and takes dedication but will give you the business foundations and skills to take your career to the next level. The traditional, on-campus Evening MBA is ideal for those in close proximity to the CSU campus in Fort Collins, and the Online MBA via Mosaic is an engaging way to collaborate with on campus students remotely. Mosaic technology is similar to video conferencing, but has the collaboration and learning tools you need to engage, ask questions and make the most of your MBA experience.
