Susan Davis retired from Johnson Controls in 2016 after a thirty-year career, starting in strategic planning and ending as operations lead in the Asia Pacific region. For twenty-two years, she was CHRO for four different CEOs and their executive teams. She led human resources worldwide, which covered 130,000 employees focusing on people strategy, leader development, and labor and employee relations. While an active CHRO, Susan was an Executive Director of the Human Resources Policy Association. She was elected a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources.
In addition to working with CSU, Susan serves on the Board of Directors of Cooper Tire and Rubber and is a member of the compensation committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Quanex Corporation where she chairs the compensation committee and is a member of the governance committee.
