Virtual competition focused on commercial real estate
The Virtual ICSC Real Estate Case Competition is a great learning experience for students. Teams of four undergraduate students will have a week to create a presentation, starting on November 2nd. After a preliminary round, six teams will move forward to present on Saturday, November 14.

Competition Timeline
- Team Registration Deadline: Monday, October 19
- Case Prompt Released: Monday, November 2
- Presentation Submission Deadline: Monday, November 9
- Presentations: Saturday, November 14
Prizes
- First Place: $2,500 and a conference grant to attend ICSC LAS VEGAS 2027
- Second Place: $2,000
- Third Place: $1,500
