Showcase your HR knowledge and build your network
Want to show off your HR knowledge or learn more about the industry? Join the HR Edge Network at the 2026 Rocky Mountain HR Case Competition! This annual competition is an opportunity to show your skills and add to your resume through competition, as well as network with HR professionals, potential employers and students from other colleges.

Competition Details
The Rocky Mountain HR Case Competition welcomes teams of up to four students to compete. By participating, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, strengthen your ability to think strategically about HR challenges, and receive feedback from seasoned industry professionals.
Following registration, the team captain will receive the case by email roughly one week before the competition. Your team will prepare a 15-minute presentation of your case, including analysis and recommendations, to share with a panel of judges at the competition. Case presentations will be due the evening before the competition.

Key Dates
- February 13: Team registration due by 5:00 p.m.
- February 27: Cases sent to team captains at 8:00 s.m.
- March 6: Cases due by 4:00 p.m.
- March 6: Networking dinner at Employers Council
- March 7: Case competition at CSU
