Todd Horn
With more than 20 years of experience in global music marketing and international artist development, Todd Horn founded Circum-Navigate in 2019 as a modern alternative to traditional major-label international marketing campaigns. Circum-Navigate is an international music marketing agency specializing in global release strategies, cross-border campaigns and artist development for both independent and major labels.
Since its inception, Circum-Navigate has partnered with globally recognized artists including Alanis Morissette, Smashing Pumpkins, Jerry Cantrell, Jason Isbell, Zach Top, Fast X, Ruel, All Time Low, Pitbull, Sturgill Simpson, Saint Jhn, Anderson .Paak and Illenium, working with leading record labels such as Thirty Tigers, Leo33, Firebird, Photo Finish, APG, Giant Music, Hitco, 12Tone and Mr. 305.
Prior to founding Circum-Navigate, Todd led international departments at ADA/Warner, MTV Games and Roadrunner Records and held senior global marketing roles at Columbia Records, Capitol Music Group and Atlantic Records, where he developed and executed worldwide music marketing campaigns.
Karen Radman
Karen Radman has served as the executive director of Colorado Music Hall of Fame (The Hall) since January 2020. She wears many hats — fundraising, programming, operations, finance, communications, PR, exhibit curation, volunteer management and concert/event planning. Karen has worked in the nonprofit sector her entire career, supporting numerous causes. She also holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management. Karen was the founding executive director of Take Note Colorado, then-Governor John Hickenlooper’s music education initiative co-chaired by Isaac Slade (formerly of The Fray).
She is honored to have inducted Big Head Todd & The Monsters, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, String Cheese Incident, Hazel Miler and many more legends into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame. Not a musician but a music fan (an important part of the music ecosystem!), Karen is a proud CSU parent and is married to a drummer. Together, they raised two multi-instrumentalists (one also being a songwriter).
Dave Santucci
Dave Santucci is the founder and principal consultant for Mission2Market, a boutique destination consulting firm based in Colorado. M2M has provided strategic marketing and management strategies and implementation to the tourism industry for 20+ years, including music tourism strategies for Chattanooga, Tennessee; Visit Fort Collins; and the state of Colorado.
Dave has had a lot of fun in his career, including opening that world's largest aquarium as VP of marketing, documenting flying whale sharks across the globe. He also had the privilege to cover travel, science, technology and space exploration for CNN as an Emmy award-winning producer, including covering space shuttle launches, zero-g flights and Mars landings.
Kaitlin Hottovy
Kaitlin Hottovy is a venue and event manager who thrives on bringing live music experiences to life. As the general manager of the Aggie Theatre, she oversees the day-to-day operations of a busy music venue, balancing production logistics, artist hospitality, bar operations and guest experience to keep shows running smoothly and successfully. Kaitlin loves the fast-paced puzzle of live events and the teamwork it takes to pull off a great night for artists, crews and fans alike.
Chuck Morris
Chuck Morris is a pioneering concert promoter who helped create AEG Presents Rocky Mountains, which became the largest concert promotion company in Colorado history. He booked more than 1,100 shows per year from Red Rocks to Fiddler’s Green and Mission Ballroom. Morris, who is also a member of the Denver & Colorado Tourism Hall of Fame and the Colorado Music Hall of Fame, was named Music and Entertainment Industry Educator of the Year in 2024. In early 2026, he was inducted into the Colorado Business Hall of Fame.
In 2020, Morris brought his five-decade career in concert promotion and artist management to Colorado State University’s College of Business, where he developed the music business program, music business minor and certificate in music business.
Eric Griffin
Eric Griffin is the co-founder of the College of Business’ music business program as well as an attorney and entertainment consultant. Eric is a partner at FROST LLP in Nashville, where he draws on extensive music industry experience as both an attorney and artist manager to guide careers and navigate complex transactional matters as part of the firm’s entertainment advisory practice.
Prior to joining Frost LLP, Eric founded and operated Music City Counsel, a boutique law office, and Brand X Management, an artist management company.
Stephen Brackett
Stephen Brackett is an activist, educator and hip-hop artist dedicated to using music as a tool for social change and community empowerment. He serves as the executive director of Foundation Music School, a nonprofit community school committed to expanding access to high-quality arts education for learners of all backgrounds. Stephen is also an instructor for the College of Business’ music business program. He is a founding member of the Colorado-based hip-hop group Flobots.
Michael Martin
Michael Martin is a successful social change entrepreneur who builds profitable companies and drives cultural movements that transform industries. As founder & CEO of r.World and Effect Partners, he has launched ventures and campaigns that help mainstream green energy, organic food, hybrid cars and climate action.
He’s led sustainability initiatives for Apple, Clif Bar, U2, Toyota and more. Dubbed the “Guru of live event greening” by Billboard, he produced nationally broadcast Earth Day concerts, co-founded the Music Sustainability Association and built r.World into the nation’s No. 1 reuse company — eliminating millions of single-use items and advancing environmental and social progress nationwide.
