Hasib Nasirullah

Senior Director of Sustainability, Sodali & Co.
Hasib Nasirullah

As Senior Director of Sustainability at Sodali & Co., Hasib advises public and private companies across sectors and geographies, guiding them through sustainability strategy, regulatory readiness, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

His experience includes double materiality assessments, sustainability program and team development, sustainability regulation (such as the CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD and state climate laws), and sustainability reporting aligned with global frameworks like GRI, SASB, and TCFD. With deep experience working with boards and C-suites, he helps clients integrate sustainability from the top down into their business strategies to drive long-term value creation.


Michael Koenig

Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, JBS
Mike Koenig

Mike Koenig is the global Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for JBS. Prior to being named to this position in August 2022, Mike was the head of Ethics and Compliance for Pilgrim's Pride.  

For almost 25 years prior to joining Pilgrim's, Mike represented and defended companies, individual executives and public officials in federal and state criminal, civil and regulatory investigations and trials. He also conducted internal investigations on behalf of companies across a wide range of industries. Until joining Pilgrim's in August 2021, Mike had been the co-chair of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder's Government Enforcement and White Collar Defense practice group. 

In addition to private practice, Mike served as a federal prosecutor at the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He was a trial attorney in the DOJ's Criminal Division, Fraud Section, where he prosecuted a variety of white collar crimes, with a primary focus on corporate fraud. 

Mike graduated from the University of Rochester and Georgetown University Law Center. He and his wife, Julie, have two daughters (24, 18) and a son (21) and his favorite hobbies are running, reading and anything sports-related.
