The CSU Everitt Real Estate Center has partnered with the University of Colorado-Boulder and the University of Denver for over a decade to co-host the annual Sherman Miller Case Competition. This case study is centered on a specific retail commercial development site. Finance and real estate majors as well as real estate minors and construction management students are strongly encouraged to apply. The team will consist of 4-6 undergraduate students.
