Support business students in need
At the College of Business, we believe that business can be used to create meaningful change. During CSU’s Day of Giving, you can be a part of that change. This year, we invite all alumni, students, friends and community members to support the College of Business Cares Fund.
In a year of unexpected challenges, many students have made difficult decisions about their circumstances. The College of Business Cares Fund provides financial assistance to any business student who encounters unforeseen financial events. This fund helps students in their time of need, offering a helping hand and ensuring that they can continue their education at the College of Business.
Students can use these funds to manage financial challenges outside of the normal cost of attendance. Any faculty or staff member can assist a student in accessing these funds by requesting them through the Office of Financial Aid, and these essential dollars will arrive in student accounts within 24-48 hours.
We’re in the business of transforming lives. Your generous gift will help transform the lives of our students.

College of Business Student Organizations
This year, for the first time, registered student organizations have the opportunity to participate in Day of Giving. Two College of Business student organizations opted-in: Collegiate DECA and the Society for Human Resource Management. This is your opportunity to directly support focused student groups working to advance student education on a microlevel to enhance career readiness.

The College is dedicated to learning and growing, using business for a better world and helping everyone reach their full potential. You can support our efforts by contributing to funds like these:
The College of Business Innovation Fund
From hybrid learning models to courses that address our changing world, our College is always innovating. The Innovation Fund provides the Dean with discretionary funds to help enhance the technology available to the school, elevate our research and position the College as a national leader in the field. This fund was established through the support of the Dean’s Global Leadership Council, which is made up of national and international executive leaders. The GLC advises and guides the Dean in fulfilling the College’s mission while expanding opportunities for students and faculty.

The Diversity Matters Scholarship
The College of Business is shaped as much by its students as it is by its academics, and students play a critical role in defining the culture of the College. The Diversity Matters College of Business Scholarship fund was established for students who contribute to the diversity of the campus community. This includes historically underrepresented students and students who are involved in one or more of the student diversity programs and service offices. These programs include groups like the Business Diversity Leadership Alliance and the Latinx Business Association.
Donating to this scholarship fund helps the College recognize and support the students who are leaders among their peers, guiding conversations about culture and change.
