Todd Marksberry, President & CEO of Canvas Credit Union

Todd Marksberry, President & CEO, Canvas Credit Union

Businesses must win the war for talent to thrive well into the future. Tomorrow’s workforce demands workplaces that have evolved significantly and that begin with purpose at their core. The foundation for culture is set with vision, mission, and values and can lead towards exceptional employee experiences. But, how do we bring culture to life during a time when remote work is also growing?

In this session you’ll learn:

  • How leaders best support cultural growth
  • How to build culture when it’s seen as the “soft stuff”
  • How a unique workplace is more than just T-shirts and jeans
  • How to nurture culture regardless of where your team works

Todd Marksberry

In the five years that he has helmed the credit union, Canvas assets have grown over 114% to over $3.2 billion. In addition, Canvas now serves nearly 260,000 members, an increase of more than 52% since 2015.
