Lady Justice Brewing

Founded by a trio of friends with backgrounds in public service who saw the impact that organizations can have on their community, Lady Justice Brewing is a low-profit limited venture that donates its proceeds to organizations that empower women and girls. When she’s not working as Lady Justice’s head brewer, Betsy serves in program management at the Iliff School of Theology.

Drawing on a background in nonprofits and cultural organizations, Tamil schedules programming at Raices Brewing that connects to its mission of embracing Latinx culture. Raices – Spanish for “roots” – embraces a belief that culture is an asset to be cultivated and shared, and its food, drink and programming fuels Latinx connections in the brewery and its community.

Katie Wallace
New Belgium Brewing Company

As director of social and environmental impact at New Belgium Brewing, Katie crafts strategies that address how issues such as climate change, land and water protections and social equity impact brewing, business and people. Developing initiatives that address philanthropy, sustainability and company culture, Katie leads New Belgium’s efforts to stay connected to the communities it serves.
