When she’s not working as Lady Justice’s head brewer, Betsy serves in program management at the Iliff School of Theology.

As director of social and environmental impact at New Belgium Brewing, Katie crafts strategies that address how issues such as climate change, land and water protections and social equity impact brewing, business and people.
