Shauna Cobb serves as the Chief People Officer at New Belgium Brewing, where she oversees the Coworkers & Culture team, supporting learning and development, recruiting, benefits and wellness, payroll and compensation, DEIB, compliance, and employee relations.  

Shauna joined New Belgium in 2014 and was promoted to the head of the C&C department in 2019. Shauna has overseen growth in fair and equitable pay across the company, as well as change management merging people and cultures when New Belgium integrated with Bell’s Brewery in 2021. She has also led work on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) across the company.  

Before joining New Belgium, Shauna worked in both public and private sectors, including service and manufacturing industries. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wyoming. In addition, she is a graduate of the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program through the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.  

Originally from Colorado, Shauna now lives in Fort Collins with her husband Justin . They enjoy spending time in the Colorado mountains, hiking, biking, or adventuring with their dog.
