Peter Boyle

Chief People Officer, HENSEL PHELPS

Hensel Phelps is one of the largest construction firms in the country, where he leads the company’s people strategy in support of its continued growth and operational excellence. He brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Hensel Phelps, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Dell Technologies, supporting a wide range of corporate functions. Before that, he was Chief People Officer at Eos Energy, helping guide the company through a high-growth phase in the clean energy sector.

Earlier in his career, Peter spent 14 years at Hewlett-Packard in a variety of senior HR roles. He led HR for global functions including legal, customer support, and supply chain, supported HP Laboratories, and helped drive the company’s workforce planning efforts during a period of significant transformation.

Peter serves on the boards of Friends of the Gardens on Spring Creek and Project Self-Sufficiency of Northern Colorado. He holds both a BS in Management and an MBA from Colorado State University and lives in Fort Collins with his wife and two children.
