Misty Manchester

Director of People and Business Operations, Health District of Northern Larimer County

Misty worked in Public Pre-K-12 education for 28 years here in Colorado: 25 years in Cañon City, nine years in HR as an Executive Assistant, two years as a Payroll/Benefits Accountant, five years as Accounting/Payroll Manager, and the remainder of those years as the Human Resources Director. She worked just more than two years in Colorado Springs School District 11 as Director of Human Resources, and half a year in Monument at the Lewis Palmer School District as Director of Human Resources.  In March of 2023, she left education and joined the Health District of Northern Larimer County as the Director of People and Business Operations. She is currently serving as both HR Director and Interim Finance Director.
