Bio

Eric Cremer is Chief Human Resources Officer for Johns Manville. He is responsible for all aspects of JM’s global human resources and corporate communications organization.

Eric joined Johns Manville in 2004 and worked in a variety of

HR positions, including North America Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Senior HR Manager and Regional HR Manager in McPherson, KS. He left JM in 2012 to work as Vice President of Human Resources at Denver-based Vistar and returned to the company four years later as Director of Human Resources for JM’s Engineered Products business. Eric assumed his current job in 2018.

Earlier in his career, Eric worked at Merck & Co., Agilent Technologies and Kraft Foods. 

Eric’s community involvement includes supporting the Special Olympics Fall Classic, the Mountain High Swim League, the Arapahoe Lake Park Board and the Boy Scouts of America. 

Eric earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He and his family live in Englewood, CO.
