Cliff Pacaro brings more than 26 years of Human Resources leadership experience spanning global manufacturing, biotechnology, food production, and service industries. Known for his ability to drive transformation through people and culture, Cliff has guided organizations through growth, integration, and cultural alignment with a focus on building inclusive, people-centric, high-performing teams.
As the leader of Human Resources at Colorado Premium, Cliff serves the business through his focus on organizational integration, governance, and talent strategies, leadership development, job architecture, and employee engagement with dedication toward fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Earlier in his career, Cliff held senior HR roles with organizations such as State Farm Insurance, Canyon Bakehouse, ServiceSource, MolsonCoors Brewing Company, Colorado State University's College of Business, and Vail Resorts.
Cliff holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from Colorado State University. He is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, FranklinCovey Leadership Facilitator, and holds a Coaching for HR Leaders certification from the Center for Creative Leadership.
A Colorado native with Hawaiian roots, Cliff lives in Longmont with his wife, Heather, and their two teenage sons. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering from the sidelines at national-level soccer matches and spending time exploring Colorado’s mountains with his family.
