Anne has been in the field of HR for 25 years, currently working at Hach, a global market leader in water quality, since January 2024 as the Global HR leader for the Colorado based company. Anne’s HR leadership balances growth and productivity with a strong focus on people and transparent leadership. She joined Hach, a Veralto company from Nutrien Ag Solutions, where she was the VP, HR supporting the recruitment, development, and engagement of 20,000 employees at 2,000 global locations. Previously, Anne was VP, HR & Communications at Honeywell, where she worked for 18 years in controls, aerospace and automotive. Anne brings an impressive track record of strategic, global creation and deployment of business transformation and sustainment.
Over the span of her career, Anne has lived throughout the United States and abroad in Czech Republic, India, and Switzerland. Living in the countries she supported helped her learn and meet the diverse needs of associates and the business. She earned a BA in English from the University of Illinois and an MA in HR & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Anne enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their two sons, Ulysses and Malcom. She is also an active board member for two local non-profits, United Way and the Rivendell School of Northern Colorado.
