The competition experience
Case competitions involve rigorous analysis and presentation of real estate scenarios, ranging from local developments to national projects. Teams work together to address these challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and present their findings to a panel of industry judges. Judging panels typically include executives from leading real estate firms who often evaluate teams based on financial analysis, investment recommendations, problem-solving approach, and presentation skills.
Participants may also have the chance to collaborate with faculty and industry advisors, enhancing their preparation and strategy. Competitions are typically sponsored by various corporations and organizations, many of which actively recruit from these events.
