The College of Business real estate concentration prepares undergraduate students for a career in real estate and related industries. You will learn and understand the development, financing, management, and marketing of land resources. You’ll also learn how these resources are used by developers and real estate financiers. This concentration allows you to merge your academic focus with your career goals while working to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Credits of real estate-specific courses needed
Curriculum
Students who choose the real estate concentration must take at least 24 credits of real estate-specific courses in addition to the All-University Core Curriculum and College of Business courses. Take a look at the degree requirements.
While not required, graduates of the real estate curriculum are encouraged to seek out a Colorado Contracts course before taking the licensure exam. Learning Outcomes
