Prior to founding JERA Partnerships, Diane was chief people officer at OtterBox, a growing and successful company that has achieved national recognition as a top ten Great Places to Work. She led and aligned teams at Fortune 100 and 500 companies in developing innovative strategies to engage leaders, teams and organizations. Diane received her Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University.
