Dr. Troy Mumford is an exceptional professor of undergraduate and graduate studies in organizational behavior, human resource management, compensation and benefits and management at CSU’s College of Business. His research is published in many academic journals, and explores topics such as: leadership in teams, shaping organizational culture, the types and determinants of leadership team roles, and actions and systems driving organizational culture. He independently consults on and contributes to applied research with the United States government and in the biomedical, manufacturing, financial, legal and airline industries. Troy received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
