Finance Instructor Dr. Frank SmithDr. Frank Smith is a former business owner and consultant for banking and nonprofit organizations. At Colorado State University’s College of Business, he is a beloved professor and an accomplished researcher in the finance field. Frank has earned teaching awards and is gifted in bringing a balance of real-world experience and finance expertise into the classroom. Frank’s prolific finance research and expertise includes exchange traded funds, market valuation, market efficiency and options financial modeling. He received his BSE from the Air Force Academy, MBA from Chapman University and Ph.D. from Texas Tech University, and is a husband and father of two and enjoys road biking, golf and spending time with his family.
