Meet Your Instructor: Dr. Scott Shrake

Design Thinking Instructor: Scott ShrakeDr. Scott Shrake, Director for the Institute for Entrepreneurship at CSU’s College of Business, promotes entrepreneurship, innovation, product development and commercialization. He has served as a startup mentor and adviser in education technology, healthcare and sustainability. He cofounded Vicinity Health Inc., a digital health startup selected as a TiE 50 Awards Program finalist and one of 2014’s top 100 hottest global tech startups. Scott was previously an engineering faculty member and Executive Director of Entrepreneurial Advancement at Arizona State University. Scott received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh’s Sustainability and Green Design Group.
