Kathleen Pitre has forged an unconventional career path to her current role as President of Ball Corporation’s North & Central America Beverage Packaging business and as a Section 16 Officer of the company. Ball is the world’s leading manufacturer of innovative, sustainable aluminum beverage cans and bottles. Kathleen’s business generates more than $6B in annual revenue across 20+manufacturing sites in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Guatemala and Panama.
Her career at Ball has spanned more than twenty years and includes previous roles as the company’s Chief Commercial and Sustainability Officer as well as Vice President of Sustainability & Public Affairs, Vice President Communications and Corporate Relations, and Executive Director of the Ball Foundation. Prior to her executive leadership roles in Ball’s corporate and packaging business she had an 11-year career with Ball in its aerospace business where she held various leadership roles in marketing and communications.
A Fort Collins native, Kathleen makes her home in Broomfield, Colorado with her husband Jason and sons Nolan and Brady. Kathleen holds a bachelor of arts degree and a master of science degree both from Colorado State University.
