Bio

Pam Jeffords is a transformational leader advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging globally. As the Founder of DiversityWorks Group, she partners with organizations to catalyze progress on their culture initiatives.

With over three decades of experience advising government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits, Pam is renowned for her bold approach, partnered with her practical solutions for challenging the status quo. Pam's influence resonates across sectors, from governments to cutting-edge tech firms to energy behemoths to financial powerhouses.

Previously, Pam was a Partner at PwC, leading their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice. She has driven groundbreaking research on gender diversity with the World Economic Forum, and featured in numerous publications, including Fortune Magazine and The Economist.  Pam is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, currently serves on the Global Leadership Council for Colorado State University's College of Business, and is a Limited Partner in The JumpFund, investing in women-led startups.

Recognized for her community leadership, Pam received the prestigious Frances Wisebart Jacobs Award as Chair of Women United for Mile High United Way. Pam holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from Louisiana State and Georgia State Universities. Today, Aurora, Colorado is home for Pam where she and her husband enjoy playing golf and pickleball.  They are very proud of their four children, who are now living and working across the United States.
