Bio

Paige is a banking, finance and nonprofit professional with over 30 years of industry experience. Her experience includes leading commercial banking teams at multi-billion financial institutions including a leading role in organizational restructuring.

Paige's career in banking has been centered in serving clients in Colorado and the San Francisco Bay area, joining the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in 2024 as a Director of Asset Management.

The DFC is the U.S. Government's development finance institution. DFC partners with the private sector to finance solutions to the most critical challenges facing the developing world today. DFC invests across sectors including energy, healthcare, critical infrastructure, and technology. DFC also provides financing for small businesses and women entrepreneurs in order to create jobs in emerging markets. DFC investments adhere to high standards and respect the environment, human rights, and worker rights. DFC advances American foreign policy and American commercial competitiveness. The investments DFC mobilizes serve as stabilizing forces in developing countries around the world, including some of the world’s poorest countries and regions affected by conflict.

Prior to Paige's most recent role, she was a Commercial Banking Division Manager at Commerce Bank and a Senior Credit Officer at CoBiz Financial. Additionally, Paige previously served as the Bank President for Colorado Business Bank Northwest (subsidiary of CoBiz Financial Inc.)

Paige's career began as a National Bank Examiner working for the OCC (Comptroller of the Currency - US Treasury Department).

Paige recently served on the Boards of Imagine! Foundation and the Commerce Bancshares Employee to Employee ("E2E") Foundation. She previously served as a mentor for Greenhouse Scholars. Paige also completed her term as a member of the executive committee on the board of directors of Blue Sky Bridge, a children's advocacy center located in Boulder.

Paige obtained her business degree from Colorado State University.
