Cathy Morris is senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Arrow Electronics, Inc, where she leads strategic initiatives for the company, including global merger and acquisition activity.
With nearly 30 years of experience in computer products and electronic components distribution, Morris has held a number of senior leadership roles at Arrow. She most recently served as president of Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions segment, and she is the past vice president of Arrow’s North American support services operations; vice president of finance and support services for the enterprise computing solutions business; and vice president of corporate development. Morris has been recognized with numerous awards, including the National Diversity Council and CRN magazine naming Morris as one of the most powerful women in the technology industry.
Morris came to Arrow in 1994 through its acquisition of Anthem Electronics, where she was vice president of finance and corporate controller. Prior to joining Arrow, Morris held various financial leadership roles in the banking and manufacturing industries.
Morris is a member of the board and a member of the audit and compensation committees for Zayo Group Holdings, and she is a member of the Global Leadership Council at Colorado State University and the YWCA's Society of Women Achievers. She received her bachelor's degree in finance from Colorado State University and completed Harvard Business School's General Management Program.
