Barb Gregorich

Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Leprino Foods Company

Barb Gregorich currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources for Leprino Foods Company in Denver. The company is the world’s largest producer of mozzarella cheese and employs approximately 4,000 people globally.

She joined Leprino in December 2013 and came to the company with more than 20 years of human resources experience. In her role, she leads the company’s human capital strategy and execution that aligns with the company’s strategic initiatives. She sits as a member of the senior leadership team as well as a board member of the Leprino Foods Company Foundation.

Gregorich joined the company from Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD in Miami, where she held the position of vice president human resources, business support. There she was responsible for creating and maintaining an RCL culture across all brands and ensuring consistent compliance of policies and procedures across the enterprise.

Prior to her role at Royal Caribbean, she was employed by Medline Industries, a $5 billion medical supply company where she held the position of global SVP human resources. Gregorich also worked for 12 years at PepsiAmericas, Inc., where she held a variety of HR leadership positions with responsibility for recruitment, compensation and benefit strategy, as well as other HR activities within PepsiAmericas various business units both locally and globally.

A native of Ohio, she spent most of her career there before transferring to Budapest, Hungary, to lead an International HR team supporting multiple countries across Eastern Europe. In addition to her PepsiAmericas experience, Gregorich worked at Eaton Corporation in a Labor Relations role as well as seven years at Royal Appliance Mfg Co. in various HR roles.

A graduate of the University of Akron, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. She is a member of SHRM; Corporate Leadership Council; former member of Cleveland Bridge Builders (Charter Class); former member of the Board of Directors for the Summit County Battered Women’s Shelter; and board member for Seafarers House. She was also involved in volunteer work for Home of the Sparrow, a women and children’s shelter.

Gregorich lives in Denver, and has one grown daughter.
