Our students are focused on achieving academic success, and interrupting that focus can prevent students from reaching their goals. The College of Business Cares Fund (Fund #80053) provides monetary assistance to students facing financial hardship due to unanticipated expenses that may strain their resources. The College of Business Cares Fund connects students with the financial assistance they need to make their studies a priority.

Students play a key role in shaping the academic and cultural experience of the College of Business. Through acts of service, starting dialogues and embracing difference, our students find new ways to help others feel welcome, affirmed and valued. The Diversity Matters College of Business Scholarship (Fund# 80303) was established for students who contribute to the diversity of the campus community within the College of Business. This includes historically underrepresented students and/or students who are involved in one or more of the student diversity programs and service offices.

We believe there’s a place for everyone here. The accessible and inclusive atmosphere of the College of Business is due, in large part, to the efforts of our students. The Business Diversity and Leadership Alliance Fund (Fund# 61543) was developed to help create a sense of community at the College of Business. Students who organize activities and events that support the College's goals of retention, recruitment and diversity are eligible for the scholarship.

Improving access to educational opportunities can be challenging without the right support networks. The Near-Peer Mentoring Program (Fund# 77043) uses funds to help offset the expenses that are related to outreach and community service. This allows the College of Business to connect with communities that may not have the option to meet recruiters otherwise, like first-generation and other student groups.

The right set of clothes can instill the confidence needed to excel in a job interview. Also known as the “Suit & Tie Fund,” the Career Management Center Student Professional Development Fund (Fund #67053) helps students with the financial support they need to purchase professional attire and related expenses. Students can use these funds to cover travel expenses and the costs of a professional wardrobe and removes barriers between them and the job opportunities that excite them.

The Women in Business Association Fund (Fund #74473) promotes and supports the Women in Business Association at CSU's College of Business.

The College of Business Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Fund (Fund #82183) supports College of Business projects and programs related to Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion.

The Perich Family Scholarship Fund (Fund #60115) intended to help non-traditional students who are studying and working to improve their lives and the lives of their families.

The Beverly and Anna Scholarship Fund (Fund #77935) supports Women in Business Association students.

The purpose of the College-to-Career Coaching Fund (Fund #61243) is to provide a college to-career coaching seminar offering students guidance in: career strategic planning, ethics & integrity, leadership development, diversity, managing relationships & building teamwork, & lifelong learning.

The Tinberg Teaching Innovation Awards (Fund #82493) program will seek proposals aimed at developing curricular content addressing (a) global challenges (b) sustainable business models/practices (c) diversity and inclusion (d) advances in technology; and signature experiences defined as an immersive activity that allows students to apply classroom learning to a real-world setting.
