Since 2014 I have been an adjunct faculty member at both Colorado State University and the University of Colorado (Boulder), teaching supply chain management, project management, and operations management.
In my first career, I worked as a director-level global operations manager, leading hardware engineering and new product development teams. My work included project & program management (PMP certification), quality engineering (Six Sigma Black Belt), and international manufacturing and supply chain management for consumer electronics and industrial markets.
Generally, I am experienced in reducing costs, improving product quality, leading new product introduction, improving productivity, streamlining processes, leading preventive and corrective actions, optimizing systems, managing change, eliminating waste, achieving rapid time-to-market, and generally completing projects on-time and on-budget.
