Sherry (Qiang) Fu received her Ph.D. in management from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. She is interested in seeking to understand the affective, cognitive, and behavioral implications of complex contexts, such as those involving changes, ongoing events, or unexpected occurrences. Her research interests include organizational helping behaviors, employee motivation and stress, and research methods. Her work has been published in several peer-reviewed management journals, including the Journal of Applied PsychologyAcademy of Management Journal, and Personnel Psychology.
