Chris Fergen is a global management professional with experience in sales, service, marketing, general management, mergers and acquisitions, product development, customer service, and consulting including full profit and loss responsibilities. He spent the last 13 years with Danaher, a Fortune 140 company, most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales where he defined and deployed Growth strategies.
Chris has been responsible for strategic and tactical process deployment for commercial teams including go-to-market strategies, Sales Force Effectiveness, key account management, channel leadership, and change management while implementing Lean Operations processes. Under his leadership revenues have grown at ~3x market growth annually.
Prior to Danaher, Chris spent nearly 20 years in commercial leadership positions at Motorola, Rockwell, Advanced Energy, and Johnson Matthey. Chris currently serves as an advisor with the local Innosphere organization, an instructor in Marketing at CSU and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, both from Arizona State University.
