Stacey Trunnell is a creative problem solver passionate about strengthening brands through marketing communications, strategic positioning, and storytelling. Her professional experience comes from more than a decade working as a brand strategist within creative advertising agencies in Austin, New York, and Denver on consumer brands including Chevrolet, Target, Jack Daniel’s, Buchanan’s Scotch Whiskey, Walgreens, and the North Carolina Education Lottery. Additionally, for four years, Stacey oversaw strategic implementation as marketing communications consultant for a mission-driven federal research lab within the U.S. Department of Commerce. Stacey’s proficiencies include persuasive communications, target audience definition, insight discovery, brand and product positioning, creative strategy, messaging, advertising campaigns, and team management. Since 2023, Stacey has taught courses at the Denver Ad School on storytelling, campaigns, brands, and briefs. She has a Master of Arts in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.
