Brenda Ogden, M.S.B.A., M.Ed., has been a member of the teaching faculty for the management department and Early Career MBA in the College of Business at CSU since 1999. She teaches general management/organization behavior, business communication, and related subjects and is dedicated to engaged learning and providing the optimum student experience in the classroom. Currently, Brenda also serves as Academic Services and Support Manager in the College and oversees many of the support functions for the online enterprise programs and Assurance of Learning in the college. She recruits, hires, and manages the online facilitators for these programs to ensure content expertise that adds value to student learning. Brenda has been deeply involved in online learning environment since 1997 and is dedicated to providing best practices for instructional design related to online education. In addition to her roles at CSU, Brenda consults with a variety of organizations to improve communication processes, training programs, and general management processes. She also serves as the director of chapter relations for the Sigma Iota Epsilon (SIE) National Office; SIE is the honorary and professional society of the Academy of Management.
