Jennifer Landrum is a Faculty Instructor in the College of Business's Management Department. She earned a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Tulsa, an M.S. in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Denver, and an Ed.D. in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. She is currently completing a Ph.D. in Research, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment at the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to entering higher education, Jennifer spent more than a decade in nonprofit leadership and enterprise HR, leading large-scale HRIS implementations and workforce analytics initiatives that connect organizational strategy to people and data.
