To equip students with business and
organizational skills so they may participate effectively in the
management and growth of an organization.
PHILOSOPHY
The skill sets required for technical and scientific workers has
changed dramatically over the past ten years. Managing
people and multiple projects within virtual teams, understanding
complicated buyer/supplier relationships, and the impact of the
global economy (just to name a few) has forced organizations to
hire employees who can move into a management level position
with little or no training. The goal of the Master of
Management Practice is to provide students of all disciplines
with specialized management skills, so they can have an
advantage over their peers as they enter the workplace.
