Mark Carleton has been a senior vice president at Liberty Media Corporation since December 2003. His primary responsibilities include corporate development and oversight of Liberty’s technology, music, satellite, and sports interests.

Prior to joining Liberty Media Corporation, Carleton was a partner at KPMG LLP, where he had overall responsibility for the communications sector. He was also a member of KPMG LLP’s Board of Directors. Carleton’s current directorships include True Position, Inc.; Mobile Streams, Inc.; Leisure Arts, Inc.; Starz Entertainment, LLC; Atlanta Braves, Inc.; Live Nation Entertainment; and Air Methods Corporation.

Carleton received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Colorado State University, and is a member of the University of Colorado Sports and Entertainment Advisory Council.

David Neenan is the creator of the pioneering Archistruction strategy for integrating design, development and construction processes from conception to completion. His firm, The Neenan Company, designs, builds and develops health care, education, and other community buildings in Colorado and the western United States.

He also leads seminars on entrepreneurialism both in the US and developing countries. David is known as a free-thinking, impassioned leader who has challenged every assumption in the design and construction industries in order to deliver superior solutions to clients.

Considered a fire starter within the industry, he has been successful getting independent disciplines to collaborate for the betterment of clients. Neenan is well known for his philosophy of communication and integration of disciplines.

The Neenan Company was founded more than 40 years ago. David and his wife Sharon live in Fort Collins, Colorado, where they raised their four daughters.
