The
Institute of Transportation Management is a service-oriented entity that provides training and conducts research for public and private-sector organizations. The institute is responsible for conducting statewide seat belt surveys for the state of Colorado and is home to the Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP). TTAP provides technology transfer, research, training, and information clearinghouse services related to transportation issues for tribes, federal agencies, and the private sector in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona. Major clients include tribal governments, state and federal agencies, not-for-profit organizations and corporations.
